Reliability Accuracy Non-Profit Experience
WHAT WE DO
We know that running a nonprofit is hard. Here are a few tasks we handle to help you focus on your non-profit goals.
WHO WE ARE
Denise Chaykun Weaver
Executive Director
Denise has over fifteen years of nonprofit experience. Early in her career Denise noticed that while most non-profit folks are passionate about their organizations’ missions, there’s also a critical need to help nonprofits to run in a smooth and professional way–and that’s the gap she hopes to fill. Her previous work experience includes Ceterus, the State Policy Network, and the Charles G. Koch Foundation. She lives outside of Philadelphia.

He’s compiled over six years of experience managing finance and accounting operations for many non-profit organizations. During that time he learned the value in implementing cloud based software solutions for these organizations to increase efficiency and simplicity. Born and raised in Southwest Michigan, he still lives in the Kalamazoo area with his wife and two daughters.
Lacey Jade Lanzo
Director of Tech & Client Management
Lacey has seven years of experience in property preservation, including three years in reports management. During this time, she took on training and operating an offshore Ops Analyst team. Her knowledge of Excel and macros, helped her to cut reporting time in half for over forty reports. Lacey now brings this thinking of detailed analysis and time efficiency into everything she does. She lives in Central Texas with her husband and chihuahua.
Carl Oberg
Senior Accountant
Carl has over a decade of nonprofit work experience, focused on accounting, financial organization, and planning, as well as administration and programmatic execution. His work experience includes Americans for Prosperity, the Cato Institute, the Foundation for Economic Education, Mountain States Legal Foundation, and Ceterus, Inc.
Teresa Lawder
Accountant
Teresa’s career started in the Healthcare Industry at Blue Cross Blue Shield and then Price Waterhouse, LLP. After she took time to raise her five children she worked at a small accounting and tax office. Teresa’s most current employment was at a large accounting firm where she worked as a non-profit accountant. She realized the need for non-profits to focus on their mission and not the daily transactional work. Here she found her passion for non-profit accounting. She currently lives in St. Paul, MN.

Over the last seven years, she has narrowed her focus to non-profit accounting, and has recently started work in governmental accounting.
